Following the successful launch of the Splinterlands community meme token project, Push n Shove $PNS, I’ve been tinkering about the idea of expansion into other blockchain ecosystems like Solana as I previously wrote about and I’m wondering if it’s really worth it, or necessary, one Meme token is enough why complicate things right?

So why? In my opinion, I think why not? It’s more than having just another token in another chain, it’s about making a mark and our presence known, we are a strong tight knit community,…..

Our innovation in the web3 space is evident in the Splinterlands proposals and the Mavs discord, showcasing our active and creative community engagement. The fact that we even have more than a community speaks volumes, we have a shared enterprise that brings us together, the Splinterlands game!

Not many meme communities can boast of this, most memes are only trying to build games after launching, to give the meme a chance at having utility other than promise of a pump or burning it.

Solid Foundation - Inbuilt Utility

Splinterlands has been kicking it for over 4 years, so imagine that amount of development, building, bonding, milestones, hurdles that have been scaled in accessibility, security, tokenomics and gamification. These are recipes for long term sustainability.

So for Splinterlands $PNS, it is not about looking for utility for the token, as a Splinterlands community meme token, utility is already built into it,

it could range from having discount to items purchases within the Splinterlands game itself to getting exclusive access to Card air drops for $PNS holders. We even directly/indirectly have access to the Splinterlands DAO funds to sponsor endeavors that will bring value to Splinterlands.

Splinterlands is currently at $43million market cap business owned by the Splinterlands community, in the last bull run, it ran up to $300million, $PNS meme token is not even up to $1m market cap yet and is not listed on any centralized exchange, we have every opportunity to thrive even by existing on other systems.

How about we see it as an adventure, albeit a successful one, who says the successful launch on bsc cannot be replicated, who says it won’t gain much traction when many pns holders have already tripled their early investments into pns and can now forge ahead with more capital? Whether it succeeds or it fails, we can learn and improve.

At the end of the day I’m just tinkering, we might see this happen, we might not, I’m basically just sharing my excitement and I’ll be happy to the community share the sentiment but the reality may be more complicated than.

Nonetheless if you think this is the end for $PNS, you’re very wrong. This party is just getting started.
