My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2023

after exercising for a long time, I finally measured body fat and finally found it my sports results, namely bodyfat of 7.9%. I use the body fat calculator application on Google.

The body is already athletic, now it only remains to form the triceps muscles, the stomach, thighs, back, etc., which need to be shaped.

It feels absolutely amazing to do all of this . Hopefully in the coming months the muscles of the body will soon form.
