My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2024 || I Am Alive Saturday || Keeping The Place Of Worship Clean

Great and lovely actifitters good day to you all, hope you are having a great actifit activities today, keep fit and healthy.

My day have been a wonderful one one with memorable activities while walking to stay healthy.

We had suspended the use of our place of worship for almost two years now since the start of road construction where the hall is situated. The road was practically impassable that even lead to the death of one of the construction workers, hence we had to suspend the use till further notice.

Just last week we went for on-spot-assessment and we find out that the road is now motorable even though the asphalt have not been put yet. So approval was given to resume the use of the hall. You can imagine the joy in the faces of our brethren. During this period we have the grace of using a brother's school facility.

When the clean arrangement was announced for today being the last Saturday of the month which is usually environmental sanitation from the hour of 7.00am to 10.00am, our brothers and sisters turn up in numbers to wash the hall, weed the grasses, clean the toilet and keep the environment safe and healthy.

I with others took the initiative to mix the concrete to repair the entrance which had been broken by the construction activities.

The work was much, stressful and tiring but because of the joy of resuming the use of the place tomorrow being Sunday, everyone did the work with much joy and eagerness. At the end of it all the whole place looks presentable and fit for pure worship to a clean God.

After the work ended, we parted, and I walk home feeling joy in my heart like the apostles of old times.

I have so far recorded over 17,000 steps to keep fit and healthy because I am alive and thriving.
