My Actifit Report Card: April 26 2024 || Alive And Thriving Friday
Wonderful and great actifitters it's my pleasure to meet with you sound, healthy and in fitness this last Friday of the month of April 2024.
Today my fitness healthy walk was within the community in Ikot Ekwere Itam. Now that the planting season is almost over and the rain fall have occurred a couple of times, the germination of crops is in top gear.
Maize farm
I took interest in walking and observing how the crops are doing. The farmers are now into weeding off the weeds to allow the crops grow well.
The farmers are praying that the rain should fall again so as to further facilitate the growth of the corn and cassava.
Even the plantains trees are not left out, they are growing green and fresh with the hope that it will produce fine plantains fruit in no distance time because there is hungry in the land.
The palm trees are also thriving good. This is an indication that this year is going to be a bumper harvest. The environment is really looking greenish.
The weather is actually favorable to the crops with proper sun ray.
But as the sky is looking, it appears the rain may pour any of this days in this environment, of course we need it, the farmers needs it and the crops needs it too.
At the end of my walk as I returned home, I discovered that I have make over 14,800 steps to keep fit and healthy in the land of promise.

Good one! It's nice to know that at least it's raining fine in some parts of the world. We badly need one to cool down temperature. I hope a good harvest follows soon. Enjoy your weekend!
