My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2024. || I Am Alive And Thriving Wednesday

Greetings dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain Actifit fitness platform. How has your day been like, hope it goes well.

For me, the day start out well but few hours later the rain sets in and rains for almost two hours leaving the day cool and freezing.

For me I engage in some in house activities after which I did some press up a walking within the building.

I have been able to make over 8000 steps to keep fit and healthy because I am alive and thriving.

Hope to continue with the walk as I steps forward for other activities. See you tomorrow and thanks for stopping by my blog.
