My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2024 || I Am Alive And Thriving Thursday

Great actifitters greetings to you all in the actifit fitness community where health is a great concern. How is your day going, hope it's splendid.

My walk took me from home to the office passing along Itu road to Ikpa road. The weather looks partly clement with a mixture of whitey and bluish cloud.

The road looks more busier as people walks their way up and down the road.

At the office I attended to a client and later step out to exercise my legs as I climb the stairs up and down.

At the close of work, I walk back home looking a bit better than yesterday. Health is actually wealth!

So far I have been able to make 6000 steps to keep fit and healthy. That is all for today, see you tomorrow.
