Health they say is wealth! This saying have been prove true in all its ramifications through out the generations till now.

Great to have you guys onboard the fitness actifit fitness community where health and fitness is a great accomplishment.

Having the strength to walk around some street in the environment gives my great pleasure showing that I am more than 80% fit than couple of days ago.

When I returned from the walk, I engage in some house chores before talking my bath and then settle down to do some hive online activities.

My recording over 17200 steps in my Actifit Report Card today attest to the fact that I am strong. I hope to do more than this.
