My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2024 || Alive And Thriving Healthy Democracy Day

Today 29th May is a democracy day in Nigeria and as such declared national holiday.

Many would troop to the stadiums in their respective states around the country to witness the celebration as the president and governors will be presenting their score card of one year in offices.

For me it means no work in the office, neither am I going to the stadium but stay home to handle some unfinished office tasks of yesterday. It also gives me the opportunity to take some distance walk.

I also walk down to the pharmacy to collect some parcel sent to Eddie.

As I walk around the house to handle some task, little did I know that my steps have increase to over 20800 which I am reporting in my Actifit Report Card.

It's actually been a great day as I strive to keep fit and healthy, alive and thriving.
