My Actifit Report Card: July 4 2024

The day's is bright and fair with a mixture of occasional showers here and there. Greetings to you all dear actifitters in the actifit fitness community.

Ekom Iman Roundabout

My fitness walk took me from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam in Uyo local government to Abak local government area in Akwa Ibom State. I stop at Ekom Iman junction to wait for the luggage vehicle that I use in conveying the mold blocks to the building site.

The Ekom Iman junction is a busy place that is always full of lifely activities due to its proximity to the next state - Rivers State.

Ever since the completion of the bridge last year, the environment have witness tremendous changes in all ramifications.

Street hawking and window shopping is always in top gear day and night as most traders prefer displaying their products in the open for traveller's patronage.

I was able to take some shots at the spot I was waiting which was overlooking the landscape.

When I returned to Uyo, I stopped by the accessories shop to pick a phone charger.

Meanwhile I have been able to record above 3500 steps to keep fit and healthy as I continue my daily activities.
