My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2024

Happy weekend to you all dear actifitters in the actifit fitness community.

I had a nice timeout as I walk to Itam Market to buy things to cook soup with sea ingredients.

A combination of different seafood ingredients makes a wonderful spicy delicious meal.

At the end of the day I was able to record above 2000 steps to keep fit and healthy in the land of the living and in the community.
