My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2024 || Alive And Thriving Wednesday

Today is another wonderful and remarkable Wednesday to showcase my actifit fitness walk that took me from home to the assign field ministry territory at Udousanga and Ikpa road respectively.

The territory is fruitful as we meet people who want to hear the goodnews especially now that the happenings around the world have shown that we are in the last of the last days.

Even in busy business places, people are ready to listen while working.

It is always a thing of joy when you give off yourself in such a self-sacrificing service and at the end of the day return home looking tired but with a joy in your heart not to mention the burning down of calories that increase health and fitness both physically and mentally.

At the end of the day I have recorded over 5555 steps in my Actifit Report Card.
