Greetings to you all dear actifitters. It's a pleasure to meet you all in the community, hope you are having a great day.

Saturday is a day to engage in some home chores and do some washing.

The calm weather enable me to engage in some distance walk in the community.

At the evening, I to a walk to the express way to pick up some drugs for Eddie and I was able to record above 2000 steps to keep fit and healthy.
