My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2024 || Alive And Thriving Sunday

Sunday is a rest day and worship day for faithfulls and it is also a day to hang out with friends and live ones.

For me worship takes it all. Any other thing follows afterward.

But I couldn't make it this Sunday because of unforseen circumstances that criped in, so by the time I was done with it the day is almost gone.

Sat the end of the day it walk over 1200 steps to keep fit and healthy.
