My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2024 || Alive And Thriving Monday

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers on the hive blockchain. Monday is the new day of the week, and then the week long activities have commence alongside my Actifit health walk.

My actifit fitness walk starts from the house where I call the technicians to check my television that have suddenly develop fault.

After troubleshoot for some minutes without any success, the technicians decided to take it to the workshop so as to take time and work on it.

Following that, I prepare myself and left for the office. But I later move to the timber market at Oron road to check out the cost of some building items.

The timber market looks quite dull in business activities. Some shade owners decided not to show up.

Many timber dealers are complaining of low patronage.

As soon as I have finished getting the price I then emback on my walk again back to the office at Ikpa road.

Monday is usually my meetings day, so I left on time to avoid be late.

After the meeting I left to return back home, so I was accompanied by Moses and Philip.

We stop by to buy a key for the hall. The price is killing.

After leaving there, I also stop at the Pharmacist stope to pick some drugs foe Eddie.

The walk finally brought me back home. Meanwhile I have been able to record over 4000 steps to keep fit and healthy.
