Thank God to day is Saturday and as such a beautiful weekend at that. A time to look forward to by many because of the weekend fibes.

I engage in some house chores and took a walk to a reasonable distance and then return to the house.

My actifit fitness walk today recorded over 3033 steps and still counting.
