💪 Upper Body, garden time & steps – a day well spent! 🌧🚶♀️
Today I had the opportunity to take part in a 6-hour Upper Body workshop, and wow – it was intense! 💥💪
Four full hours of practical training, strength exercises one after another – it was tough but incredibly satisfying. The workshop was packed with solid knowledge and real effort. No boring lectures – just sweat, technique, and teamwork. The girls gave it their all, and coach Łukasz guided us like a pro. Now we really know how to lift with confidence and good form! 🧠🏋️♀️
📸 Not many photos – just the group pic at the end. Honestly, I wasn’t thinking about taking pictures with that much effort and focus going on. But the energy, motivation, and positive vibes are something I’ll carry with me for a while.
Right after the training, we headed straight to our garden plot 🌿 and switched to a totally different vibe – nature, peace, and quality family time. We did a bit of work around the garden, popped into the hardware store for a few things (Sara got new panels for her little house! 🏡💖), and then just enjoyed being together.
We’re not going home tonight – we’re staying overnight in our garden house and won’t be back to the apartment until Sunday. Our little escape from the city chaos and everyday rush.
As for my step count – over 11,000 steps even though my legs are jelly by now 😅
The gloomy weather made me feel a bit sleepy and lazy, otherwise I might’ve gone for an evening walk… but hey, not every day has to be a record-breaker. Rest is part of progress too, right?
In short:
🧠 Knowledge gained
💪 Muscles sore
💚 Heart full
🌸 Family close
🌧 Clouds overhead, but the smile’s still on
🌙 And tonight – we sleep in our cozy little hideaway, away from the noise, close to what matters most.

Dziś miałam okazję wziąć udział w 6-godzinnym szkoleniu Upper Body, które naprawdę dało mi popalić 💥💪 Nie było lekko – 4 godziny praktyki, siłówka jedna za drugą, ale satysfakcja ogromna! Warsztaty były intensywne, merytoryczne i konkretne – bez lania wody, za to z toną potu i wiedzy. Dziewczyny dały z siebie wszystko, trener Łukasz ogarniał nas jak profesjonalista, no i... teraz wiemy już, jak dźwigać bez obaw i z techniką 🧠🏋️♀️
📸 Zdjęć niewiele – tylko to pożegnalne. Serio, podczas takiego wysiłku to ostatnia rzecz, o jakiej się myśli. Ale energia grupy i wspólna motywacja zostają w głowie na długo!
Po szkoleniu od razu ruszyliśmy na działkę 🌿 I tutaj już zupełnie inna energia – natura, cisza, rodzina blisko. Trochę ogarniania terenu, szybkie zakupy w markecie budowlanym (Sara ma nowe panele do swojego domku! 🏡💖), a potem już tylko czas razem.
Nie wracamy dziś do domu – zostajemy na działce na noc i dopiero w niedzielę wracamy do mieszkania. To nasza mała ucieczka od miasta i codziennego pędu.
Na liczniku kroków – ponad 11 tysięcy, mimo że nogi mam z waty 😅 Pogoda nie rozpieszczała, a jednak coś się udało jeszcze wychodzić. Spacer na koniec dnia kusił, ale... dziś odpuszczam rekordy. Regeneracja też jest częścią progresu, prawda?

🌸 Rodzina blisko
🌧 Chmury nad głową, ale uśmiech został! 😊
🌙 A wieczór spędzamy w naszym ukochanym domku – z dala od hałasu i z bliskością, która daje spokój.
