21,000 Steps + Swimming = A Day Full of Movement and Emotion

The day started... not great.
A sleepless night, waking up at 4 a.m., tossing and turning – classic after an emotional day. Yesterday's failed hospital admission attempt was still weighing on me. Thankfully, around 5 a.m., my son snuggled up next to me in bed like a little guardian angel. I finally fell asleep and didn’t wake up until 10 a.m.! My body clearly knew what it needed.

Then: active mode ON.
A quick breakfast, shopping with my husband, and over an hour trying to connect with the university office to find out when my student certificate would be ready.
Unfortunately, after all that waiting, I learned... nothing. Just that thesis defenses are underway and I’ll have to be patient.

We came back home with a plan: broth + kids + garden = good vibes.
While the soup simmered on the stove, we played in the yard, laughed, and soaked up some sunshine. After lunch, another bit of movement – a long walk with my husband and some quiet conversation along the path.

And in the evening – time for just me and my daughter.
We headed to the Brochów aquapark, swam for an hour, then walked back to the allotment garden – tired but happy.

📞 No answers from the university office, but never mind – this wasn’t a day for paperwork, it was a day for LIVING.

21000 kroków + pływanie = dzień pełen ruchu i emocji

Dzień rozpoczął się... średnio.
Nieprzespana noc, pobudka o 4 rano i wiercenie się w łóżku – klasyka po emocjonalnym dniu. Wczorajsza próba przyjęcia do szpitala zakończyła się fiaskiem, więc nerwy jeszcze we mnie siedziały. Na szczęście przytulony synek o 5 rano zadziałał jak najlepsza melatonina – zasnęłam i spałam aż do 10:00! Mój organizm chyba wiedział, co robi.

Potem tryb aktywny: ON.
Szybkie śniadanie, wyprawa na zakupy z mężem, próba kontaktu z dziekanatem (czekałam ponad godzinę, by dowiedzieć się, że... nic nie wiadomo – teraz trwają obrony, więc trzeba uzbroić się w cierpliwość).

Wróciliśmy z zakupów z planem: rosół + dzieci + ogród = dobra energia.
Zupa pyrkała na kuchence, a my ganialiśmy się po trawie, wygłupialiśmy i ładowaliśmy baterie na świeżym powietrzu. Po obiedzie kolejna dawka ruchu – długi spacer z mężem i spokojne rozmowy między jedną ścieżką a drugą.

A wieczorem – czas tylko dla mnie i córki.
Brochowski aquapark przywitał nas ciepłą wodą i spokojną atmosferą. Pływałyśmy przez godzinę, a potem wróciłyśmy na działkę – zmęczone, ale szczęśliwe.

🧘‍♀️ Masa bliskości i rodzinnego ciepła

📞 Zero informacji z dziekanatu, ale trudno – to nie był dzień na biurokrację, to był dzień na ŻYCIE.
