🌿 Saturday at a Slower Pace

Yesterday I finished the day with just over 7,500 steps – a bit less than usual, but fully intentional and much needed. After a week full of challenges and activity, I decided to slow down and give myself some space to rest.

There was time for shopping, a visit to the beautician, and a bit of sweet laziness with a book and my pets by my side. I even managed to squeeze in a short strengthening workout, but without pressure – more to keep the rhythm than to break any records.

The most important part? Time spent with my kids and our little furry duo – the dog and the cat, who always bring peace and joy into our daily life.

You don’t always have to rush forward. Sometimes the best kind of training is… taking it easy and recharging your batteries. Today? Maybe it will be more active, maybe not – I’ll just go with the flow.

Wczorajszy dzień zamknęłam z nieco p.onad 7500 krokami – wynik może skromniejszy niż zwykle, ale w pełni świadomy i potrzebny. Po tygodniu pełnym wyzwań i ruchu postanowiłam zwolnić tempo i dać sobie przestrzeń na odpoczynek.

Był czas na zakupy, była chwila dla siebie u kosmetyczki, było też słodkie lenistwo z książką i zwierzakami u boku. Wcisnęłam nawet trochę ćwiczeń wzmacniających, ale bez spiny – bardziej dla zachowania rytmu niż dla bicia rekordów.

Najważniejsze? Czas z dziećmi i z naszym domowym duetem – psem i kotką, którzy zawsze wnoszą spokój i radość w codzienność.

Nie zawsze trzeba gnać do przodu. Czasem najlepszym treningiem jest… odpuszczenie i naładowanie baterii. Dziś? Może będzie aktywniej, a może nie – dam się poprowadzić chwili.
