Lately, I've been thinking, about how most of the things I do aren't worth stressing over...

For example, I can write a whole post or two (+get upvoted) about a product, in the time I watch reviews, stressing over buying it or not.

A migraine is a headache that some people get from certain fixed triggers like bright lights, or sound, or sugar, etc. It's not curable, so these people have to live with managing their triggers.

!LOL Especially nowadays, when the number of people dealing anxiety has increased, as opposed to previous generations.
