I always wondered why some people feel the need to warn us of the dangers of cryptocurrencies when they sometimes don't even know what a blockchain is.
If we were actively trying to recruit them in some kind of pyramid, I would understand, but that's not the case.

Seeing a friend or relative lose money once, a person may sometimes be obsessed with trusting the blockchain for their entire life. 🤷‍♀️
I don't warn people anymore because I don't care. I recommend it to you too. I will just continue to warn better and more conscious people.

It's a risky investment. As long as people are aware of that and act accordingly, they should be fine. If not, that will be a hard lesson to learn.

This is so true. 😂 Still after what the media has told people about cryptos, it gets so much harder to get more people to put their cognitive dissonance aside and try Hive. Let's just teach their kids then hehe, at some point Hive will take over. 😀

This is true, and it usually works. To just pass down information down generations and let everything else happen automatically.

Well, it is dangerous if you're Uninformed. A quick 30 minutes on Coinfessions, can show you how devasting putting a lot of time or money in cryptocurrency can be.

Yeah, what are some of the comments you found funny?

I love it when people there offer advice that will clearly make the situation worse if applied, and think they give these advices unironically. Haha.

But if you're informed, aware of the risks, and not invest more than you're willing to lose? It's no more risky than a normal job. (Maybe even less risky if you played your cards right, but let's be honest, no one does that.) !LOLZ

!LOL Well said.

I'm also constantly aware of the fact that the banking system could theoretically stop working for whatever reason, and then we're all screwed.

Part of me wishes for something like that to happen, just because we're already too far gone into the "interest system" but yeah, that'll screw over everyone!

That's why we try to keep talking about it to a minimum. Not that we don't want to share the knowledge, but we understand not everybody is ready or open to it.

I've had people that ask how it's going when bitcoin was crashing, and then the same person asks for advice when the things with Elon Musk were happening. !LOL
