Introduction

It's no news that alot of things and developments are going on. Hive is filled with so many decentralized apps which makes it a lot easier to socialize these days.

I have been a fan of meeting new people and encouraging engagement on Hive. I think that many people take Hive so seriously and forget the "Social" part of the Blockchain. You might agree with me that most people don't read length or random posts. It's even worse when it comes to videos, Most people don't watch.

One of the reasons can be the technicalities and difficulty of the post, another might be the length of the post. All in all, Life is already complicated and hard, we all need a place to relax and have FUN.

LeoThreads

One of the reasons for this post is to explain what leothreads is and how we can integrate our interaction into the LeoVerse.

LeoThreads is a Product of the Leo-Finance Community. In simple terms, LeoThreads is a microblogging feature. A place for sharing your short posts. Like I said earlier on, Some people get bored with writing or reading lengthy posts. With LeoThreads, You can just write your thoughts on anything. You can reply to your post with another similar short post, and on and on.... Boom, A thread.

Like on Twitter Right?

Yes, Twitter has the same feature, In fact, it is the most popular microblogging app. However, Twitter doesn't give you complete ownership of your account. It's a web 2.0 app which means there are a lot of regulations and centralization. I bet you can't be so free on Twitter. You could literally wake up to a suspended or deleted account. Bad right?

Leofinance Built Leothreads on a decentralized web 3.0. What that means is that Your threads are safe and you have one hundred percent account ownership. It is a case of having fun and having freedom while threading.

For the last three weeks, I've given out over 250 LEO tokens in our engagement posts which 80℅ of them has come from @leogrowth. I have in the past given out LEO, POB, and even Ecency points as tips to encourage our interactions. It was indeed a thing of joy to receive support from the Leofinance team.

Our numbers here are incredible and it would be a thing of joy for us to move our interactions to the Leoverse. In the last two weeks, We've recorded at least 1000+ comments in each week's post.

How To Create a Thread

First you need to have LEO tokens powered up so you don't run out of resource credits.

  • Go to leofinace.io and log in with your Hive keys.

  • Click your Photo Icon

I so much love this idea, I've been offline because I have to travel back to my state but I'm having network issues but I will surely make this buzzy when I'm back at home, hehehe.

That's good to know.

I think is both reasons. Personally the app is really hard for me to use, I just prefer ecency or peakd to make comments. Using the leofinance front-end is a little tiring.
