Battle Royale Highlights XI (Blood Strike) 9 Kills
There was no school today, so I stayed home the entire day. I watched some cartoons, slept for a while, and played a few games. I didn't even think about leaving my flat until later in the evening. When I realized I had been indoors all day, I decided to step out briefly to check on my friends before heading back home since it was already getting late.
While we were chatting, we talked about the new Battle Royale mode that was recently added to Blood Strike called Superpower Rivals. In this mode, every player gets a special ability during the match. Since it was my first time playing it, I had no idea how the abilities worked, so I played the entire match without using any of them. Meanwhile, other players kept using their abilities to gain the upper hand and eliminate me.
After the match, I did some research and finally figured out how to unlock and use the abilities. Now that I understand how they work, I'll definitely be using them in the next gameplay I record. Hopefully, it will make for a much better performance and a more exciting video.
Superpower Rivals is a special Battle Royale mode introduced during the Blood Strike × One Punch Man collaboration. Unlike the normal Battle Royale mode where players depend only on guns and Striker abilities, this mode allows players to obtain powerful superpowers that can completely change the outcome of a fight.
During every match, special meteorites fall onto different locations on the map. These meteorites are marked so every player knows where they have landed. Players must race to these locations, defeat any enemies nearby, and capture the meteorite. Once claimed, the player is randomly granted one of the available superpowers, each with its own unique skills and ultimate ability.
After obtaining a superpower, your normal Striker abilities are replaced by superpower skills. These abilities include powerful attacks, movement skills, and devastating ultimate abilities capable of dealing massive damage. Players using superpowers also become much more difficult to defeat with ordinary gunfire, making them a serious threat to anyone who has not obtained a power.
Because of this, securing a meteorite is one of the most important objectives in the mode. Fighting a superpowered enemy with only regular weapons puts you at a major disadvantage, so the best strategy is to capture a meteorite early and use your own powers to compete on equal terms.
