Today, I took a trip down to my grandma’s place to visit and stay for a while. Since my school is currently on strike, I’ve honestly gotten tired of waiting around for the strike to be called off. So, instead of staying back and doing nothing, I decided to relocate to the village and spend some time at my grandma’s house. I’ll remain here until the strike is finally called off, then I’ll make my way back to school so I can continue with my studies and, most importantly, write my exams. 📚😂
While I’m enjoying my little village vacation, I also managed to unlock 🔓 the free Eternal weapon skin that Blood Strike recently released for grinders. And as if that wasn’t enough, I followed it up with another freebie the FN2000 Ultra weapon skin 🔥
At this point, I now have two weapons carrying what is basically the same Ultra skin. 😂 This particular Ultra skin was originally introduced for the Vector, but Blood Strike later started bringing the same design to other weapons, just like they did with the Volcanic Molten skin. As things stand, this Ultra design is currently available on three different weapons, and I’m proud to say that I own two of them. 😎🔥
I have to admit, this skin is absolutely beautiful. Its design is eye catching enough to make you appreciate it every time you equip it. But what really caught my attention is the iron sight. The sight is neatly designed and gives the weapon a much cleaner appearance, while also allowing me to see enemies clearly during fights. For me, that’s a huge advantage because I’m someone who genuinely enjoys using iron sights instead of scopes. Interestingly, I actually missed the first free Ultra FN2000 skin that Blood Strike released during a collaboration about two seasons ago. I was disappointed that I missed out on it, especially because I had been wanting an Ultra FN2000 for quite some time. However, getting this new free one feels like Blood Strike just gave me a second chance to make up for that loss. 😂🔥 I’ve been hoping to get an Ultra skin for the FN2000 for months, mainly because I really dislike the default iron sight. And if you know me, you’ll know that I hate using scopes in shooter games. I prefer having a clear iron sight and keeping my screen free instead of having a scope take up part of my view.
But recently, I noticed something interesting.
A lot of Blood Strike players seem to prefer using scopes with the FN2000 rather than relying on the iron sight. At first, I honestly thought, “These guys are probably going to perform worse with a scope.” But they ended up proving me completely wrong. 😭 Some of these players are actually ridiculously good with scopes, and watching them play made me question whether I’ve been stubborn this whole time. You know that famous saying: “If you can’t beat them, join them.” 😂 Well… I’m not ready to surrender to that saying just yet, I’m still determined to find a way to make the FN2000’s iron sight work better for me than a scope. There has to be a way. Maybe changing some settings could help. I’m even thinking about turning off Sync ADS to FOV to see whether it makes the iron sight feel more comfortable and effective during fights. Who knows? Maybe that little setting change is exactly what I’ve been looking for. For now, I’ll keep experimenting and testing different settings until I find the perfect setup. If the strategy works, you guys will definitely hear about it. And if it doesn’t… well, let’s just pretend I never mentioned it. 😂😂
Until then, I’ll be here in the village, enjoying my time at grandma’s, grinding Blood Strike, testing my new FN2000 Ultra and patiently waiting for this school strike to come to an end. Thanks for visiting, and I’ll see you in the next one.👋
I just found out that the name of the Ultra skin is Noble Fox, so all these while that ion sight was a Fox and not a Cat🤔😅😅
