No Where To Hide ๐, Call of Duty Mobile Multiplayer Mode๐ซ
Good evening, guys another new mode has arrived in Call of Duty Mobile, and you already know how it works around here. Whenever a new mode drops, I always try my best to test it out and bring the experience here for you guys. And since I have already started showing you this beautiful new mode, you can expect more gameplay from it on my page. So please, whenever you see my posts, don't just scroll past them. Support me by dropping a like, watching the gameplay, and sticking around for more. Every bit of support is appreciated.
Now, getting into the actual mode, there isn't really anything extremely complicated or special about it. It is mostly a casual shooting experience where you can run around, eliminate enemies, make use of your Operator Skills, and activate Scorestreaks to cause even more destruction. Basically, it is the kind of mode where you can relax, shoot some enemies, test different weapons, and just enjoy yourself without taking everything too seriously. For this particular match, I decided to use the free Legendary Grau that I managed to grind through the Honkai Impact mini game. After putting in all that work to get the weapon, I obviously had to bring it into a few matches and see how well it performs. The Grau is a really good weapon, and I generally like using it when I want a reliable gun that can help me get through a match.
Interestingly, I wasn't the only person using the Grau in this game. There was another enemy using the exact same weapon, and somehow, this guy managed to kill me twice. ๐ The funny thing is that I wouldn't even say he was a particularly strong player. The problem was actually me. Whenever I'm recording gameplay for my page, especially in casual modes like this, I sometimes find myself playing much more freely than I normally would. Instead of taking proper cover, checking every angle, and playing as carefully as I would in a serious match, I tend to just run around and enjoy the game while focusing on getting good footage.
That was exactly what happened here. I was basically playing with an open body, barely taking cover, and moving around as if nobody could actually punish me for it. Meanwhile, this guy was playing like his life depended on the match. ๐
There was also another funny reason why I kept getting caught off guard by him. Looking at the way the match was going, there were so many bots running around that I had gotten used to fighting them. Because of that, whenever I encountered this particular enemy, it sometimes took me a few seconds to realize that I was actually fighting a real player. By the time my brain processed the fact that, "Wait, this isn't a bot," the damage had already been done. ๐ So, repeatedly running into him without taking the encounters seriously eventually cost me my life twice. It wasn't really because he was dominating me or because he was some unstoppable player. I was simply giving him opportunities by playing too carelessly. If I had been playing seriously and taking proper cover, the encounters probably would have gone very differently.
After getting enough gameplay with the Grau, I eventually decided to switch things up and bring out the Fennec. The Fennec is one of my favorite weapons in Multiplayer and also my favorite SMG to use in Battle Royale, even though I wouldn't consider myself an SMG main.
For me, there is just something satisfying about using the Fennec. Once you get into the right range, the weapon can absolutely shred enemies, and I was able to pick up a nice number of kills after switching to it. I was feeling much more comfortable with the weapon and was hoping that I could use it to turn the match around and help my team. Unfortunately, there was another opponent that I couldn't really defeat no matter how much I tried my phone.
The lag started becoming a serious problem, and there were moments where my movement and gunfights were being affected by it. You can have the right weapon, good aim, and a good opportunity to eliminate an enemy, but when the game starts lagging at the wrong moment, everything can fall apart. Because of the lag, I wasn't able to carry my team the way I wanted to. I still managed to get some decent kills with the Fennec, but I knew I could have done much better if the game was running properly. And to make everything even worse, the match I recorded before this one was actually a complete BANGER. It was one of those games where everything was coming together and I was having a really good time. Unfortunately, my phone decided to do what it does best at the worst possible moment. ๐
The recording ended up being saved as an error file. All that gameplay... gone. Just like that. I had no choice but to delete the corrupted recording because there was nothing useful I could do with it. That was honestly painful because I had already spent time playing the match and recording everything, only for the final video to become completely useless. By the time I started recording this particular match, my phone was already hot and laggy from the previous recording. Normally, that would have been a good reason to stop and let the phone cool down, but I still wanted to get the gameplay, so I decided to continue anyway.
And honestly, considering the condition of the phone, I'm not even too disappointed with how the match turned out.
I ended up losing the game, but I wouldn't blame the loss entirely on the weapon, the mode, or even the opponents. There were definitely moments where I could have played better. I was too relaxed, I wasn't taking enough cover, and I was playing too freely because I was focused on recording rather than playing at my absolute best. So, sometimes you just have to accept the L and move on. ๐ Overall, this was still a fun experience. I got to test out the new mode, use the free Legendary Grau that I worked hard to grind for through the Honkai Impact mini game, switch over to my beloved Fennec, and get some decent kills despite the problems with my phone and the lag.
There will definitely be more gameplay from this mode, so if you're interested in seeing how it plays out in future matches, make sure you stay around. Whenever Call of Duty Mobile drops something new, you already know I'm going to be there testing it out and bringing the gameplay to you.
