I just received an official response from the LOLZ human operator, who said that he just realized that the LOLZ tipping bot had been down for almost 7 days, and is now fixed! 😎 !PIZZA

If that's the case, then it would have been better for the LOLZ curation bot to simply slow down catching up with the curation and reduce the amount of Voting Power used to curate comments with successful LOLZ tipping commands. 🤔😅 !WEED
