When a Hive account is used to vote on a comment that is past its payout time (more than 7 days from time of publication), the vote is worth zero no matter how much Voting Percentage is used, and the Voting Power of the Hive account would also not be affected. 🤓 !HUG

That's a problem for new Hive users, such that 10 Hive Power will allow only about 18 votes per day if the user won't publish any post, comment, or monetary transaction. 🤓😅 !WEED !LOLZ
