This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets weekly challenge.
This week's theme is the Equalizer ruleset, so I want to share a battle with it.

The battle ruleset

• 42 mana cap
• Ruleset - Equalizer and Blood and Sunder
• Splinter - All Splinters can be used, except Dragon Splinter
  

With these rulesets, my strategy is to choose the high attack monsters, no matter what their health, because all the HP will be equal for all the monsters with Equalizer ruleset.

1st position		Grund - good damage with Double Strike ability so he can deal 2 attacks in 1 round
2nd position		Goblin Psychic - to recover Grund health with Tank Heal ability. He also has 50% to make enemy tanker unable to be healed with Affliction skill
3rd position		Katrelba Gobson - another monster with Double Strike. He is my key player in this battle to win the game. If he kills any enemy monster, he becomes stronger with Bloodlust ability and can clear the enemy monsters faster
4th position		Thane Newsong - to give 1 more melee attack to Grund and Katrelba Gobson
5th position		Ava the Undaunted - to give 3 ranged attack to Thane Newsong with Weapon Training ability
6th position		Mycelic Morphoid - I only have 1 mana left and I chose him to protect the backline monsters and reflect damage to any Sneak attacks from enemy team with Thorns ability

The battle

• My enemy chose a different strategy. They want to maximize their speed to evade all the attacks from my monsters with Conqueror Jacek as the summoner and 3 monsters with Phase ability. In total, their speeds are increased by 5. They have Coeurl Lurker as the tanker with a lot of abilities: Taunt to attract all the attacks from my monsters, Dodge to increase the evading chance as well as Phase to have a high chance to avoid the magic attacks.
• In round 1, no monster was off the ground. My Grund was heavily hit and only had 3 HP left and got the poison infection. In return, my team even missed a lot of attacks but still could hit Coeurl Lurker 2 times.
• In round 2, Grund was faded right away. However, Katrelba Gobson also could eliminate Coeurl Lurker. It was a double win for me - Katrelba Gobson increased the strength and Coeurl Lurker was killed. I felt happy when Katrelba Gobson could successfully attack Coeurl Lurker because I see Coeurl Lurker is the most important monster in their strategy. At the end of this round, Goblin Psychic finished Gobalano Soldier who was hurt by Thorns
• In round 3, no monster was killed again. My team missed several attacks
• In round 4, Katrelba Gobson killed another enemy monster and was strengthened.
• In round 5, I still had 4 monsters that could deal the damage while the enemy team only had 2 monsters. The game became less challenging.
• Finally, I could win the game in round 6, after Katrelba Gobson finished the last enemy monster.
