Rebellion: New cards New combos - Water Splinters

Hello, my dear Splinterverse fellows. I hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the game regularly. Rebellion, the newest edition of the core cards, is now available and ready to go on a journey packed with many exciting new events in the Splinter Universe. Because it introduces so many new gameplay options and approaches to Splinterlands. It will also attract additional players to the game.

After several weeks with the new rebellion cards, the market has started cooling down significantly and now it is a great time to grab some of the best cards according to your choice. Though, personally I am not focusing on the rebellion too much but trying to find the missing cards for my Chaos legion sets to make it gold max level first.

I have also opened several rounds of packs to grab some of the best cards and got very few and I was going in a loss, so I have stopped buying packs but found the best deal in the peak-monsters for my required cards. I suggest you all to have some cards now as the airdrop conflicts will again make the market warm-up, during the holiday season, this is the perfect time for preparing for the airdrop conflicts which are gonna start hereafter.

Today, I am going to share some strategies and stronger combos with the new rebellion cards. If you are a regular player in the modern format, then you must know that the untamed edition is no longer available in the format, which is a great step to favor the Chaos Legion owners like me. However, I haven't started too much playing in the modern league as I faced much difficulty and so left it unplayed, my trophies were below 500, and I am planning to start playing again as the space is now looking favorable.

The new cards are more significant than their skills in previous editions, bringing about a paradigm change in the game by posing new tactics and requiring players to modify their methods. They offer strategic depth and complexity, increasing competition and diversity, improving playability and accessibility, redefining the story, and paving the way for further content and expansions. Adding summoners gives novice players strong tools to construct competitive decks and take on seasoned players, making the game more inclusive and joyful. The distinct personalities and skills of the new cards give the narrative depth and richness, drawing players further into the Splinterverse's universe. The long-term effects of these powerful cards ensure that the game will continue to evolve and keep players engaged by creating the framework for new opportunities and challenges.

The Rebellion has opened up a huge number of strategy options in Splinterlands. Each splinter now has its special moves that can destroy enemies. To get to the heart of these combos we need a lot of playing and investigation with tons of strategies. Here I am going to share some combos for different types of attacks and point out some important characters that I have faced or tried in a short period.

Water is one of my best choices as it is in the top two splinters that I frequently use. So I am going to share some amazing combos from low MANA to high MANA matches in Splinterlands according to various situations.

Water team

Low Mana matches
Combo: PROPHET ROSA (5 Mana)+ SEA DOG OF EIGHT (7 Mana) + TORRENT FIEND (0 Mana) = 12 Mana

Sea of Dog Eight and Prophet Rosa with the enabling SHIELD will work together against the range or MELEE attack.

Putting fast, low-mana fighters on the board, like the Sea Dog of Eight with SHIELD ability and self-healing is a great way to win a low MANA match against the MELEE and RANGE attacks. It is a great low-mana combo. Some other low-mana combos are also possible with the recent rebellion cards as follows.

Aginst magic

Combo: KEYLA FRENDUL (4 Mana)+ Daigendark Surveyor (2 Mana) + Pirate of Fight (4 Mana) + Argarux Magus (3 MANA)= 13 Mana

This combo is an amazing ANTI-MAGIC situation when magic is more probable to be used by the opponent in favorable rulesets low mana match where the 2 MANA card with the magic reflection will do a great job and also the decreasing enemy speed is crucial with more magic attack with the solid speed of all the monsters.

Also, the Pirate of Fight is an amazing card with the great ability of REACH and the BLAST which can be truly beast against any team! The Final 3 MANA monster Argarux Magus is also an insane monster with magic attacks and the scattershot and amazing BLOODLUST ability with a significant number of health.

For medium MANA matches more cards from the following list can be added according to the rulesets and the opponent's tendency fo make adjustable teams in the water team.

Besides, the new 3 MANA combined summoner is a great way to modify the combo according to the match rulesets. Now, the diversity of the matches has increased a lot. The number of possible cards is insane. And the capability of all these cards is also very unpredictable, with tons of abilities.

High MANA match
In my opinion, Rebellion has the least amount of HIGH MANA cards for the water team for battle but there are tons of them from the Chaos Legion and also in the Neutral section of the Rebellion card set. Those cards that can be used in the high mana matches very effectively. So I am not able to make any High MANA combo in the water team with the rebellion team but I am suggesting some High MANA amazing REBELLION cards below. These high-mana monsters are amazing to have in battle. They have enough abilities to suppress the enemy with any splinters in the Splinterverse.

It is possible to reform the monsters with special abilities and rulesets of the battle for any situation of the battle. And there can be a lot more strategies that I can think of now which will also keep evolving with the game itself.
