• We do not accept stories that are generated by or edited by AI. Please see our "topic of the month" at the top of our newsletter from February 2025 to learn how this can happen. Please avoid using grammar checking tools for rephrasing or rewriting, as it will likely give you a high AI score and your story will not be curated.

And please be sure to engage in the community by reading and commenting on the work of other community members. We ask everyone who posts in The Ink Well to read and comment on at least two other stories for each one published.
