None of "your money" is being sent to foreign countries. After tax-robbery, that money is no longer yours but tax-robbers', and they spend stolen loot the way they like, where they like.
This is important point, because tax-robbery is immoral and wrong even if (hypothetically speaking) tax robber spends confiscated funds wisely, with approval of victim. Let's not imply that the issue is where tax funds are being spent.
