No, stupidity don't look like that, and derogatory meme hardly makes a good argument. Plenty of those who believe that "healthcare is a human right" are just naive young people indoctrinated to have a sense of entitlement.
(Obviously most of them look nothing like the meme. Spreading such falsehoods serves no good purpose.)

Naturally there are many people who want all sort of things from the state, including healthcare. If they were good-looking, would that make their desires valid, let alone ethical?
