No, stupidity don't look like that, and derogatory meme hardly makes a good argument. Plenty of those who believe that "healthcare is a human right" are just naive young people indoctrinated to have a sense of entitlement.
(Obviously most of them look nothing like the meme. Spreading such falsehoods serves no good purpose.)
