Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy but very normal day today dealing with my kids and walking around a bunch trying to get my house in order before the Christmas festivities hit in a couple days. Took my kids out to a Christmas thing and got a bunch of steps in walking around that did not do a high intensity workout today because I was too busy and too tired by the time I had a chance to. We’ll make up for it tomorrow. Hope y’all had a wonderful day and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
