Hey Actifit frens! Had a epic day today and knocked out over 11,000 steps on the day by taking my big silly dog for a walk at lunch during the workday and then after the workday I got on the elliptical and I did a roughly 30 minute elliptical challenge, knocking out a bunch of steps with that.
