Hey Actifit Frens! Hope y’all had a wonderful day out there. I certainly did. Just finished a really high intense indoor workout that lasted an hour. I also did an elliptical challenge earlier, which is how I got in so many steps on the day and I did a second elliptical challenge earlier and earlier in the day I took the dog for a walk that’s why I knocked out over 15,000 steps on the day. I think that’s what it was. I hope you enjoy the daily meme
