Hey all my Actifit frens! Had another epic day here in Paradise knocking out well over 10,000 steps on the day by going for a nice long walk during my lunch break taking my dog with me on that one. Then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical and knocked out a pretty high intensity elliptical challenge. Hope y’all had a active and productive day out there as well and I hope you of course enjoy the daily meme
