Hey actifit frens! Had a very long and accomplished day today doing absolutely nothing but going swimming and then playing board games and working on a Epstein documentary. Got a lot accomplished around the house this morning cleaning and picking things up and what not and all that fun stuff but no high intensity workout today. Well none that I can tell you about.
