Hmm, I checked the pepegame website, but it seems like it is only for people with special access.

PEPE Game is Invite only right now. We're expanding our player base in a controlled manor as we test everything out.

I can Invite you if you want to try the game. You'll need 2 or 3 packs to get started. Packs can be had for 0.5 HBD.

Yeah, I even bought 19 packs already and I'm playing the game trying to progress the adventure mode whilst earning XP.
