Life they say is a long journey full of ups and down, wins and challenges right from the very moment we were born, to the crawling stage and when we take our first step till we started walking. Along the journey of life, we started having goals and target which overwhelm us, at times I wondered, why does it feel like life is a race, and we always want to jump the process just to get to the finish line.

Going through twitter and instagram feeds today, came across some post about guys engaging in things they shouldn't be engaging in just to get quick cash to make this money so they can ball or live this lifestyles while forgetting that everything is a process, which have consequences if this steps are omitted. Back in the days before everything started, I was in a confused states about what to really do with life or where to start from, I came across a book which I read then that talked about the power of small actions and it talked about some steps.

The Butterfly Effect taking a butterfly as a case study, it flys by flapping its wings continuously which means taking continuous action, can set your ball rolling instead of just overthinking on what to do without taking actions. The Building Habit which is also important and talks about taking actions by starting small. Just like building a house, you don't start from the roof but from the foundation, you build bit by bit, gradually. We all have goals we are pursuing but we tend to drop most of them along the way without fulfilling them due to being overwhelm, I get to understand that, breaking down our goals into smaller ones make them more easier to solve.

Life begins when you start something and blooms when you keep doing it

We should always remember that the little steps really matters, they are you building blocks in achieving your greater dreams, a thousand miles always begins with one steps and continuous dropping of water make an ocean, believe in the power of consistency

Oh goodness! I'm excited to begin the day with this article. I'm inspired, sincerely.

The two points you made, Building Habit Butterfly Effect will take time to form but in the end, it is worthwhile.

I came across a book that I read then that talked about the power of small actions and it talked about some steps.

Please what is the title of the book and its author, I'm interested.

Thank you for sharing this piece.
