It Was Just Unfair | Made A Drastic Decisions

Hmmm everyone have their share in some situation where they aren't treated fairly, I just had to rack my brain tonight to see which situation I know someone treat me unfairly even though I rarely mingle with people. Found this particular situation and the way I react to it made me make a big decision never to do some thing again. Well it all started after I graduated from seconday school and my sister was about to enter the university that same year so I couldn't make the decision to wear jamb that same year because I know I will pass and the school fee bundle will be too heavy on my mum then even some people advice me to go to polytechnic instead instead just so we can reduce the heavy load but I decided to stay at home and find a job with my computer operating skills.

So I was employed by a woman at the university motion ground but was posted to her main branch where she actually based, it wasn't easy though because she have to monitor everything and I won't be that free and as a workaholic woman she won't rest, every day from 8am till 7pm, she is always in the shop doing one photocopy or print out and she expect me to also resume and leave at that same time, I didn't mind though because on the norms there is nothing I will be doing at home. The main issue there was that she took my silence and gentle for granted, like "you don't appreciate what you have till you lose it situation", so there was this month I told her we have sunday school camp program which will take just 3 days and it is compulsory for me to go, just 3 days and she didn't complain, she gave me permission to do, I went and came back, she also went for her own church 3 days program which I have to do extra work in the shop to cover for her, things went smoothly till the end of the month when it was time for her to pay my salary, she came up with some stories that she won't be paying me in full because I didn't come for 3 days.

Oga, the same 3 days you gave me permission on and I had to do extra work when I came back, I wasn't happy but who am I to complain, but things change from her side since then, she started owning me half salaries after cooking up stories that she had to get this and that for two month. To be honest, those month were hectic, as the silent type, I didn't talk but I was cooking up my own plans for her. Fortunately for me, she posted me to the other office which was far away from her own main office to work, I met the other guy there and that one told me how wicked and stingy our boss was, that he can't take any nonsense from her, I'm the gentle one that is allowing her to cheat me and all. I was just looking, to me I wasn't dumb cause I have my plans cooking. So this very day, me and the guy made huge sales at work that very day, like the money could cover my 3 month salaries in advance and she was owning me 2 half payment with that month payment.

That very day, I calculated what she was owning me, I deduct it from the sales, took that month salary and extra money for work stress and apology fee that she will never give me, gave the other guy the remaining change and told him to tell his boss (My Oga) that I quit, the way I said it was really funny and the guy delivered the message to his boss but came back to give me the feedback the day he saw me on the road, he was like she vex that day and was saying why will I do something like but I didn't care. I just made the decision that day, that I will never ever do a salary based job or work under anyone because to say the honest truth, most boss don't care about what their worker is passing through, you have to work and work just to get peanut as salary that won't even cover your expenses, plenty work with nothing to show for it and even to progress becomes harder because you will find it hard to focus on self development.
