The Heal Out Rule | An Escaped Victory
Splinterland battle this week have been amazing or should I say interesting since the recent sps based requirement got introduced and the collection power was removed which can now allow players to rank up easily but can only earn based on their staked sps and not just that alone, the sps renting marketplace got introduced too which now make delegation easier and faster, with what i have experience this week after the update, as long as you have a good deck collection to play with, renting enough sps and ranking up really worth it, currently earning 2x sps anytime I win a battle which is far better than what I earn before the update, now my plan is to try and rank up to diamond league probably before the season end in 5days. Checking out this week battle mage challnge kind of give me some certain joy since the ruleset giving this time around is the Healed Out rule.
One ability i love using the most in battle is the healing ability or any ability that fall under that category, we have the heal, tank heal and triage, all this ability having their own way of healing but still consider a healer. The heal ability restores a part of the Monster's health each round, which is really cool because the monster cards get to stay longer in battle and having a monster card with the heal ability always help a lot in low mana battles and most times they always take the first position except the ruleset say otherwise, most times the melee cards have the most heal ability attached to them and only a few magic or range cards possess this ability.

you can always take a peek look at your healing monster card here, no matter how good this ability is, there are other abilities put in places just to counter it and prevent the monster card from healing, this anti-heal abilities are affliction and stun, most things I always make sure I use a heal card and also an affliction cards incase my opponent bring his own heal cards which always work out in most cases. Finding this battle challenge is really hard, I was able to see the one I had with threeworm in a 39mana capped battle, we had 3 rule set given to us which include the the Aim true which allow all attacks to meet their target, then the Heal out which prevent any from of healing in this battle and lastly is the Counterspell which give all cards the magic reflect ability and we could select from any element apart from earth and death element.
This rule sets are hand full, I must say because the combo prevent a lot of things from taking place since there are lot of obstacles along the way especially for magic cards user like me and with this counter spell that will prevent me from using magic cards as I wanted. So I had to pick up the dragon element using the Quix the devious as my summoner since it can reduce speed and range attack by 1, I was hoping my opponent will bring in some range card since using magic will put him in a disadvantage position, so I paired it with the water element. I had to carefully pick my monster cares so I decided to use the following
Djinn Chwala as my frontline, this card is very good in that position as a strong melee monster with enough stats and also enrage ability that can boost it stat and the thorn ability that dealt damage back to melee attackers, then I support it with Twilight basilisk because of the reach and stun abilities with the hope of it stunning my opponent monster cards and preventing them from attacking. Deepluker always perform wonders with the opportunity ability which allow it to attack cards from any angle with the lowest health and it can also poison it, I only use 1 magic card which is the Djinn Oshannus mainly because of the starts and especially the void which reduce damage from magic attacks, so in this case, any damage from magic reflects will be zero and it wont have effect on it. Dhampir Inflitrator my very own double striker with the sneak ability, this cards came to mind immediately because I figured out it can perform really well if not destroyed quickly and lastly is the Gem Meteor to act as my backline with the scattershot ability, i had to summit the selection because I was ok with it.
My opponent really came prepared as if he could foresee my line up, he came up with 2 opportunity ability, one non-attacking strong card which he paired up with another weapon training card just to buff it. Before i could made a tangible attack, he already destroyed most of my cards, the battle was strong but only the strongest gain the victory

Hi, I like your team "Dragon" from "Water", your tank with "thorns" will weaken those "2 opportunity" from "water" and
your "Djinn Oshannus" in the middle attacks unmolested until you reach the first position, it's like it has "camouflage".👍👍👍
