The Keep The Distance And Counterspell Combo | Easier Way To Play Your Card

The final grand tournament is now over and also we are now in a new season, another thing to focus on, it is time for the battle mage challenge where we have to showcase our strategy based on the ruleset given to us and also a platform for others especially the newbies which is really a good thing. This week, we have keep your ruleset your distance ruleset which allow only magic and range monster cards in this particular battle, this is also once ruleset which I love but it depend on the other ruleset maybe they will be inline or against this particular ruleset.

So this battle that I had with wook, we have 41 mana capped and also two extra rule set which was Counterspell which give all monster card the magic reflect and also corrosive fogs which dealt 1 corrosive damage to all unit each rounds. To me, the Counterspell is an against the keep the distance ruleset especially the magic cards, this ruleset will dealt damage back to any magic cards, but not really use to last ruleset. When it come to counterspell using magic will really put you at some big disadvantage, even players don't like using magic cards unless they want to use abilities that will cancel the extra attack and this abilities are void which reduce the damage or reflection shield

Even though I have a thing for magic cards but in this battle, I had to pick them carefully so I picked Djinn Oshannus as my frontline with void, phase and forcefield ability then add Prismatic energy to it with the void ability, I was somehow skeptical with Nerrisa Tridawn that I picked but it has enough strength and good health to back it up. When I decided to pick range cards, I picked axemaster which I haven't used for a while but has double strike which allow it to dealt 4 damage in total each round, then I picked Angelic Mandarin with triage and silence ability and lastly was crustacean king with the tank healer which mean I have both healing abilities.

This battle was really interesting especially when this guy decided to use a taunt card just to hold down my damage but the card wasn't that strong to with hold the incoming damage from my cards especially from my magic cards, his magic was already render useless because of the silence abilities that I used, since I could destroy the first two which were his stronger cards, the rest was way easier to destroy and I won the battle.
