Vanguard and other Bitcoin-opposing banks and investment firms have begun blocking clients from accessing the new Bitcoin ETFs. WTF.
Although Bitcoin is allowed to be traded on traditional exchanges as an Exchange Traded Product after yesterday's landmark SEC ruling, there are apparently some investment houses and banks that are proactively prohibiting clients from doing so and deliberately blocking access to these new ETFs.
Calls for a boycott are already circulating on Twitter/X. Withdraw money from Bitcoin-hostile banks.

I would say that's an effort in futility by Vanguard. Btc and cryptocurrency in general has come to stay. If the boycotting succeeds it will teach them a very cruel lesson.
Hatte schon.mit gerechnet, dass es Ausnahmen geben wird. Mal schauen wie schnell diese umdenken werden und ob.
Dass da nicht alle mitmachen war zu erwarten.

It has come to stay and they should just accept it like that
If they do not offer the product that the customer wants, they will lose the customer.
They can be against it, but slowly they will adapt as well. The fact that the sec gave green light will just get the ball rolling. You can try to block it from your customers, but your customers will just go elsewhere..

If they want to retain customers then they must include them or else they will face losses themselves.
They are literally shooting themselves in the foot! They will lose client and client until they wise up and change their mind. I guess they don't understand they are a service industry, which means rule number one is make the customer happy!

I didn't think some banks would do this. But I was waiting for negative news for Bitcoin and it was not over yet.
Nachdem das Hijacking (von Bitcoin) erfolgreich über die Bühne gegangen ist, füllen sich die big boys die Taschen. Die werden ein paar Krümmel auch für avg. Joe übrig lassen, aber erstmal ein paar schicke Derivate verpacken und dann kann die Verkaufsparty losgehen ;)
