Pepe Token Power Up Day

August is usually a difficult month in my country, #Paraguay—a time of lean cows, illness, and poor harvests. And like any archaic nation, we have customs with no real foundation, invented to try and exorcise the situation.

That’s why the figure of the Carrulím was created—a magical brew made of sugarcane liquor (Caña), rue (Ruda), and lemon (Limón). The name itself is a blend of those three ingredients, whose mission is to ward off disease and bad luck, especially in a month as ominous as August is considered to be.

In my case, instead of lean cows, I had meager income from #PepeTokens due to low activity on the blockchain, caused by my enrollment in a new university program.

Because of that, during this third week of August, I was only able to stake 8,000 tokens. Fortunately, I received a prize from the MemeHive Community Curation Contest, and @PepeToken rewarded me with a generous amount of Pepe in staking form, along with Meme and Pay tokens. So thank you very much—especially to @kopiko-blanca for the time spent curating posts for the contest.

All that’s left is to warmly invite you to join both the #PepePowerUpDay and the Weekly Curation Contest of the MemeHive Community, and to keep using the #pepe tag to receive free tokens from this project. Agosto suele ser un mes difícil en mi país #Paraguay, mes de vacas flacas, enfermedades y pobres cosechas, y como todo país arcaico, tenemos costumbres sin ningún fundamento para tratar de exorcisar la situación.

Por esa razón se inventó la figura del "Carrulím", brebaje mágico compuesto de Caña, Ruda y limón, de ahí el nombre, amalgamado de esos tres ingredientes que tienen como misión evitar cualquier enfermedad y también la mala suerte que uno podría contraer en un mes nefasto como es considerado Agosto.

En mi caso, en lugar de vacas flacas, tuve exiguos ingresos de #PepeTokens debido a la poca actividad en la Blockchain ocasionada por mi enrolamiento en una nueva carrera universitaria.

Debido a eso, esta tercera semana de Agosto, solo pude stakar 8000 Tokens. Afortunadamente recibí un premio del Concurso de Curación de la Comunidad MemeHive, y @PepeToken me premió con una buena cantidad de Pepe en forma de Staking, al igual que Meme y Pay. Así que muchas gracias, en especial a @kopiko-blanca por el tiempo que se toma curar publicaciones para el concurso.
