My Way to become a Splinterlegend #248
These were my goals for Splinterlands so far:
- Own all common and rare cards of the CHAOS LEGION series at bronze level
- Own all current starter cards of the UNTAMED and CHAOS LEGION series
So I directly looked for another goal:
Collect all Rare Summoners from the CHAOS LEGION series at level 3.
Own all summoners from the RIFTWATCHERS series
If I do not have enough DEC for these goals, then I pursue the following goals, depending on the DEC earned:
- 0 DEC - 50 DEC: Buy the cheapest card
- 50 DEC - 150 DEC: Buy a card from the CHAOS LEGION SERIES (common)
- 150 DEC - 300 DEC: Buy a card from the CHAOS LEGION SERIES (rare)
- 300 DEC - 500 DEC: Buy a card (epic)
This morning I had 1.219 DEC in my Splinterlands account.
So I have earned again a little more than 50 DEC, although only quite close. Today I also bought another card from the CHAOS LEGION series. I am currently very satisfied, meanwhile I already own a lot of cards from the CHAOS LEGION series.
But before that I got good news again.
I have used the giveaway of @adiiba and have actually won a card MERDHAMPHIR!

Today I chose the card SUNKAI HARVESTER.
I purchased another block today for 19,498 DEC.
At this point, i own 39 Blocks SUNKAI HARVESTER:
A payout has unfortunately not resulted from my blog today.
I currently have 0.039 HIVE liquid in my account. So no payout is worthwhile at the moment.

I was for a bit but since have changed direction... again🤦♀️🤣 Currently, I've been taking my Dec income and adding to the hive/dec lp on beeswap.. trying to build up my dec/hive again. After so long, I'll pull what's in there and do something with it. There's several cards I'd love to level up!
I play intermittently. Mostly, I'm in bronze but I have made it to silver a time or 2 by renting cards.
My rental income comes from a few individual cards I have on the market. When I play, I play with my green deck mostly.. but I do have a few cards in other decks that I use when rules won't let my play with the green lol

I think it is very reasonable to save DEC to pursue bigger goals. Otherwise everything becomes way too expensive. I don't know this LP, I have something on Tribaldex in the LP SPS/DEC. With that I earn some SPS, I think that is already quite good. 👍
I'm just always annoyed myself when I buy cards too expensive. Therefore, I prefer to buy again and again and never at the most expensive or cheapest on average. And I can see the progress I'm making!

I play very regularly. And I must say, it has become quite easy to play at the silver level.
A decent deck is enough for that. I play a lot of water there are good combos that almost always work.😁
Otherwise you can rent decks (cheaply). If you want to know something about it I can write something for you.
I would !LUV to know more about renting cards.. and umm renting out my decks lol
My playing skills are ok but time to play is minimal most times.(helping my son raise his baby). I was renting cards(not decks) and enjoying a few chest.. but again seem like I was wasting the rentals more than using them. That's why I changed my tactics.

So my experience has been that high value cards are often enough for a win. And the rest comes with ongoing game experience.
But more importantly, renting decks:

But here is the short version:
The page is called https://gateway.nftyarcade.io/
They want to give new players the possibility to play Splinterlands without much effort.
For this they offer you the following deal:
You can rent decks for a certain time (mostly 30 days). In return the site gets 10% of your won SPS. The card renter also gets a share.
For example the deck "Bronze Chaos Legion 4,3,2,1" from nftybronze. There you get 40% of all SPS you earn.
And very important, if you draw a pack from the reward chests, then the card giver gets that too.
In return, you get all the reward cards that appear in the chests.
The site also takes care that the SPS doesn't end up with you, but that it goes to the card giver.
But the principle is, if you play a lot and earn a lot, you pay a lot and if you don't play, you don't pay anything.
I hope that is understandable so far. Otherwise I write it again a little more understandable :)
A few tips I write also gladly still on, must think about what I have there so.
