Breaking Power Up Records on Hive [EN/ES]

Greetings friends of Hive and this beloved #hivelearners community, today is #PowerUpDay and the @hivecreatorsday community invites us to break historical records on #Hive and achieve the highest number of users doing #PowerUp.

For me this is already a record since for the second time I've been able to do a power up of more than 10HP, last month it was 100HP and this time I'm adding 125HP to my account, which will help me reach my goal of closing the year 2025 with 2000HP.

Additionally, and to do my part in the challenge of breaking the 2021 record, I made a 5HP power up to my sister @myriam-clotilde so today the power up was double.

I invite @duvinca @marpasifico and @cagolistic and all hivers to participate in this initiative to demonstrate that this Blockchain is still growing even though the token price is dropping.

Let's see this market movement as an opportunity to boost our HP and generate interest in the crypto and web2 community to join the Hive because together we are stronger.

Para mí este de por si es un record ya que por segunda vez he podido hacer un power up de más de 10HP, el mes pasado fue de 100HP y esta vez sumo 125HP a mi cuenta, lo cual ayudará a alcanzar mi meta de cerrar el año 2025 con 2000HP.

Adicionalmente, y para poner mi granito de arena en el desafío de romper el record de 2021, realicé un power up de 5HP a mi hermana @myriam-clotilde así que hoy el power up fue doble.

Invito a participar de esta iniciativa a @duvinca @marpasifico y @cagolistic y a todos hivers para demostrar que esta Blockchain aún crece aunque el precio del token esté bajando.

Veamos este movimiento del mercado como una oportunidad de potenciar nuestro HP y generar interés en la comunidad crypto y web2 para unirse a la Colmena porque juntos somos más fuertes.

Yes,you are correct. I was once using Google notification, but sometimes, I won't be on seat when the reminder beeps or will be very busy to spare that time for such activity 😀 😄

Your reminders for not-so-important, non-real-life tasks (such as Hive in this case) shouldn't be too attention-catching, so I suggest not adding a sound (even a soft one) and anything flashing (even a small one such as a dot) for it. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤗🤓 !INDEED !HOPE !WEIRD !PIZZA

Now that the HBIT token mining bot isn't working properly, those reminders (with sound and maybe with some flashing too) that you have set up on your laptop for mining HBIT are less useful at present. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯 Let's just hope that the HBIT owner/operator @crrdlx finds the time and interest soon to fix his bot! 🤗😏 !INDEED !LOLZ

You may have noticed the notifications from the HBIT token mining bot sending you HBIT tokens (as well as the BLAQ-based tokens) while I and @savvyplayer didn't (because a person can't see a Hive account's notifications on #Ecency unless logged in there). 🤔🤯

That's why I thought that Hive users haven't been able to mine HBIT since 3 days ago, only that there isn't any comment notification for every HBIT command. 🤯😅

It's not the Hive bot's fault, only that the change in the 28th Hive Hard Fork where the private active key can no longer be used for publishing posts and comments caused that problem. 🤔🤯😅 !INDEED !WEIRD !HOPE !HUG

Both the !PIZZA and !LOLZ token tipping bots also encountered problems at the time of the 28th Hive Hard Fork, so there really seems to be a correlation between the fork and the tipping bots breaking. 🤯

Most (if not all) of the other Hive token tipping bots seem to be working properly though. 😅 I used the word "seem" because it's hard to tell without the help of a complex script if all valid token tipping commands for a tipping token is being fulfilled by a given tipping bot. 🤯😅

While @savvyplayer is correct about their other comment regarding the !PIZZA and !LOLZ token tipping bots having problems, the LOLZ bot still fulfills valid LOLZ token tipping commands as can be verified on #HiveEngine Explorer, though it simply doesn't publish comments. 🤔🤯 The same goes for your HBIT bot (where it fulfills valid HBIT mining commands but does not publish comments for any of them). 🤯🤓

The link can be broken down into multiple parts so that you can memorize it more conveniently, where the first part is the domain name https://peakd.com/ (with a slash at the end), the second part is your Hive username @cagolistic/ (with an "at" symbol at the beginning and another slash at the end), and the last part is the word "payout" (no special characters this time) to form https://peakd.com/@cagolistic/payout. 🤓🤯😅 !WEIRD !HUG

Your comment there has multiple parts, so I have split up my answers into multiple parts too. 🤔🤯😅 !WEIRD

  1. Just browse the #PeakD website after logging in there (using #HiveKeychain, #Hivesigner, #HiveAuth, or any other supported login method), and you would eventually land on your payout page at https://peakd.com/@cagolistic/payout.
  2. The #PeakD website would look new to you, but there are many similarities to #Ecency as both are blogging frontends for Hive.
  3. The "APR" means "Annual Percentage Return", which is a percentage that shows the estimate of how much your stake (Hive Power in this case) would earn after 365 (or 366) days. For example, if you have 10,000 HP and the APR is 12%, then your stake will have increased by more or less 12% or 1,200 HP after a whole year.
  4. You can technically "mine" the WRD token by using the !WEIRD command, but it is designed as a tipping token here on Hive. Every successful tip of the token will give the recipient 1 WRD, and the tipper only 0.1 WRD (which is only 10% of what the recipient receives).
