Mein Actifit-Bericht: April 6 2025

Hallo Sportfreunde.

Bunt beginnt wieder der Tag und mein Vorhaben startet echt nicht gut ☹️☹️☹️
Ich habe die erste Runde meiner Liegestützen gemacht und es war lächerlich.
Mit Ach und Krach habe ich 15 Stück geschafft und musste eine längere Pause machen, bevor es weiter ging.
Ich habe 2 weitete Sätze gemacht und mehr ging nicht 🤢🤢🤢☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Ist das Peinlich.
Da hab ich mir aber was vorgenommen.
Aber ich werde weiter trainieren.

Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.

In unserem Alter helfen nur noch langfristige Maßnahmen...
Allerdings sollte dann das Alter auch noch mitspielen 😂😁😉

Ich bin da ganz pragmatisch. Am Ende muss es sich anfühlen, als wäre einem alle Kraft entzogen worden, aber nur an den gewünschten Stellen.
