My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2024

Great to have you on board the ship of fitness walk. Hope your day is splendid.

My fitness walk today took me from Ikot Ekwere Itam to the office at Ikpa road and thereafter walk to the timber market, Ida Ikot Okpon

My being there is to buy some buildings items.for my client.

It was fun siting to watch as others engage in different categories of giveaway.

Before you could say Jack Robinson the rain descend heavily and almost all the activities is suspended.

After the rain stopped, I walk to return back to Ikpa road and finish up other engagements.

Meanwhile, I have succeeded in recording over 5500 steps to keep fit and healthy
