Hey Actifit Frens! I had a wonderful day in the world and I spent it getting well over 10,000 steps on the day. Hooray at lunch I took my dog for a wonderful walk and then after work today, I went to the gym and busted out a high intensity workout at the gym, doing all types of heavy lifting. Then, after the gym, I jumped on the elliptical and knocked out a quick little elliptical challenge. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme
