Tracking Santa Meme

I haven't created a #meme for awhile. Here is a piece of low hanging fruit.

As we all know NORAD has been tracking Santa since 1955.

This year things are going to get interesting as I heard that Trump just issued a shoot to kill order for Santa. (my sources remain anonymous)

Every year Santa makes an unapproved international flight and we can't allow that!

I wanted to generate an image of Santa in NORAD's sight, but I kept getting images like the one below; So, i finally decided to just generate a normal image of Santa and reindeer. I then used my monthly credit on Big Stock Photo to get an vector for a rifle scope and pasted the two images together with gimp.

I thought of making an animated gif with the scope moving around the Santa image. The site I visited to get instructions had an ad that crashed my computer. Of course I deserved suffering a computer crash for even thinking about a shooting Santa meme.
