Alive Staking Day

Today i staked 2.500 Alive tokens as part of the ALIVE token stake day.

We have a whole challenge around this day that you can participate in.

Here is HOW?

Challenge Task

To be eligible, each participant must stake at least 10 ALIVE and hold it until Monday 00:00 AM UTC at a minimum and share your staking activity (posted or not) in the comments section.

Staking that counts as participation starts from Tuesday 00:00 AM UTC until Wednesday 11:59 PM UTC.

Valid posts are between those times too.

Unstaking ALIVE will remove you from participation.

This challenge will be open until Wednesday 11:59 PM UTC

We will post the list of participants for last week's challenge and the prizes for the previous two weeks' challenges.

Hi it is not a stupid question @genesisledger but it works very much the same way as the Hive Token.

Powering up Alive very much like powering up Hive gives you governance in the community meaning your upvotes are worth more within the community depending on your stake.

It also means that the rewards you get back for staking the Alive token is also increased.

Depending how much you have staked also means you can all the tipping bot using the !ALIVE command.

The community and projects is going through a revival and revamp at the moment.

We are adding many layers and opportunities for members to grow not just their Alive stake but other investments as well.

Thank you so much for your detailed explanation, it's truly one of the reasons why I love Hive!

I must admit I don’t fully understand everything yet, but I’ll also do my own research to avoid taking up too much of your time. In the meantime, I checked Hive Keychain and I have 6 Alive. I wanted to stake them, but it seems a minimum amount is required. So, I’ll wait until I reach that threshold before getting started!

You are welcome, it is a lot of information and there is a lot to the whole project it is a big plus to have an active, growing and developing community.

You should have been able to have staked any amount i think hive-engine is struggling with tech issues at the moment.

Thanks @tydynrain yeah i am kind of pushing myself firstly because we are kind of figure heads for the community and token now i feel i should show confidence in it.

That is easy for me to do, it was why i was onboard as soon as i met @flaxz online and saw the community he was building.

Supporting peoples personal and financial goals in whatever they do to thrive seems pretty amazing and lacking in this world.

I am gonna be picking your brains about all this token management buddy cause you seem to be able to get all working and quickly producing.

Congratulations for staking Alive.
I still not have staked alive but will do before the end of day.
That is nice that recieved the special card, which enables you to run Valentine special mission. I opened like 36 packs but I was not lucky enough to get even one copy of same lol.
